.Trade Marketing Trainee Consumer BeautyAs a Trade Marketing Trainee, you will have the unique opportunity to participate in the creation and activation of the promotional plan for Colour and Fragrance Categories and learn how to lead interdepartmental projects to ensure best-in-class activation in store.RESPONSIBILITIES As our Trade Marketing Trainee, you will support trade marketing and work closely with cross-functional departments such as Demand Planning, Sales, Marketing, Purchases, and Finance to assure perfect execution in store for the main retailers.Your main focus: Trade Marketing Projects Provide support to the Trade in the Instore Planogram update. Follow the launch of products (KPIs accomplishment vs targets). Assortment management for Food Channel (product catalogues). Support in creation and execution of promotions and other point of sales activities for the main retailers (contact with creative agencies, brief participation in the development of creative assets and materials). Analysis and Monitoring: Develop category knowledge and analytics capacities: Monitor and analyse market conditions to proactively identify key competitors and trends. Work closely with Trade and Brand & Product Manager to develop analytical skills by analysing periodically sell-in and sell-out of assigned channels/retailers as well as the competition. Realize regular store checks to identify opportunities and capture category trends. Working for Coty means that we will be fearlessly kind to others. The Trade team consists of 6 people in Trade and Field Sales Responsible, and you will work closely together with several departments such as marketing, planning, merchandising, and finance. All your colleagues are close and experienced. Working in the team, you will be part of a dynamic team of Trade Marketeers, Regional Sales Responsible, and Field Sales Coordinator. Have an amazing learning experience in a close and dynamic work environment working in a multinational company with big possibilities. YOU ARE A COTY FIT You like to work with people and, as Trade Marketing Trainee, you will cooperate in projects where you will be able to get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you: Have office skills (Excel, PowerPoint). Have the empowerment to coordinate multi-departmental projects.
