You will realize graphical requirements from multiple customers according to the Group standards.We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Communicator / Graphic Designer to join our Global Communications Reputations Team.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in or very closely with a Communications team and will be able to create visually compelling content aligned with our brand strategy.What you doDevelop visuals, graphic designs, and communication formats (e.g., color themes, photographs, web pages, audio and video) to support the organization's image, identity, and brands by applying appropriate graphic standards, techniques, and methods.Translate business content, user needs, and technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.Take an idea from creation through production while managing timelines and expectations.Collaborate and conceptualize across teams.Stay aware and engaged with the latest standards, changes, and trends in the visual design field.What you bringStrong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign).Quality and project management, and consulting skills.Relevant work experience as a designer or in brand management.Qualification or certification in the field of graphic or visual design is desirable.What we offerA hybrid work model that recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working, including up to 25 days per year working from abroad.A compensation and benefits package that includes a company bonus scheme, pension, employee shares program, and multiple employee discounts (details vary by location).Career development and digital learning programs to support lifelong learning for our employees worldwide.Flexible working, health and wellbeing offers (including healthcare and parental leave benefits) to support the balance between family and career.About Allianz TechnologyAllianz Technology is the global IT service provider for Allianz and delivers IT solutions that drive the digitalization of the Group.
