col-wideJob Description:The Head of Marketing for our retail brand with a growing online sales presence will be responsible for defining and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive online and offline sales, and position our brand as a leader in the market. This role will oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, and traditional marketing initiatives.Marketing Strategy- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company's business objectives.- Create and execute brand strategies to enhance market presence and customer engagement.- Collaborate with senior management to set marketing goals, budgets, and timelines.- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.Digital Marketing:- Lead and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search engines (SEO/SEM), and display advertising.- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's e-commerce platform to optimize user experience and conversion rates.- Implement and manage effective SEM and SEO strategies to drive organic and paid traffic to the website.- Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to improve ROI.Content and Social Media:- Develop and manage a content calendar that supports marketing campaigns and brand storytelling.- Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across all digital platforms, including blogs, social media, and newsletters.- Manage the company's social media presence to increase engagement and follower growth.- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and message.Traditional Marketing:- Plan and execute traditional marketing initiatives such as print advertising, events, and partnerships.- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials.- Manage public relations efforts to build and maintain a positive brand image.Team Leadership:- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and development opportunities.- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.Budget Management:- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.- Monitor expenditures and analyze the return on investment (ROI) of marketing activities.- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining the quality and effectiveness of marketing efforts.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position within the retail sector.- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies for both online and offline channels.- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.- Excellent analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Experience with e-commerce platforms and a solid understanding of the retail industry.Benefits:- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.- Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and meal tickets.- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company under a hybrid model.- Professional development and career advancement opportunities.If you are a proactive and a team player individual, we want to meet you#J-18808-Ljbffr
