More information about us can be found on growthera.ComABOUT THE ROLEGrowth Era is seeking an accomplished Sales Development Rep Manager to join our team. This role is instrumental in exceeding new meetings targets for our clients by leading, coaching, and motivating the Sales Development Reps (SDRs) on your team.In this role, your responsibilities will include:Manage a team of 8-10 SDRs to win qualified sales meetings for enterprise clientsMonitor and evaluate SDRs performance and work closely with them to maximize potentialEnsure effective use of technology tools and our prospecting modelCollaborate with team members to continuously improve sales development playbooks and results for our clientsDuring the onboarding period, you'll learn Growth Era's services, technology tools, and key processes.
