From freshness dating to track and trace coding, our technologies help ensure products sold across the globe are authentic and safe for consumers to use in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and industrial marketplaces.You, the** Business Support Analyst in Logistic** will be leading force in our warehouse logistics, to help shape the processes to implement customer orders both internally and externally and to fulfill domestic and international shipping, thus playing an essential role in the supply chain for our customers. This specialist will support logistics operation in Spain and Portugal organization including warehouse management, inventory, shipment i.e. to ensure country growth, and will be based in our **office in Madrid, Spain**.**In this role, the main responsibilities are**:- Responsibility for the areas of incoming goods, warehouse and shipping for Order Processing: Order Management (purchases/invoicing), Backlog management.- Establish and expand the organization of the logistics chain( reception and shipment of merchandise, and Management of incidents- Accounting/DMS support- During the first year, being involved in the implementation of a new ERP and process manage**The essential requirements of the job include**:- Excellent written and spoken English- Experience in logistics, import & export, 3PL management, i.e. with a comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes and procedures.- Knowledge of technical regulations related to logistics such as import/export and customs regulations.- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and deliver results while quickly adapting to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges.Experience with the implementation of an ERP will be valuedAt Videojet Technologies, a Veralto Company, safeguarding food, medicine, and essentials everyone, everywhere has a right to know that the food, medicines, and packaged goods they rely on are safe.
