Specialist International Tax Accounting & Compliance (m/f/d)Ensure compliance with international tax laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions, including tax filings, reporting, and documentation requirementsPrepare and review tax provisions, tax account reconciliations, and tax compliance workpapers in accordance with local statutory requirementsAssist in the preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation and calculations to ensure compliance with local regulationsAnalyze and interpret international tax treaties, laws, and regulations to assess the impact on the company's tax positions and operationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and external tax advisors, to support tax planning initiatives and transactionsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including tax authorities and auditors, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration Your areas of responsibilities:Ensure compliance with international tax laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions, including tax filings, reporting, and documentation requirementsPrepare and review tax provisions, tax account reconciliations, and tax compliance workpapers in accordance with local statutory requirementsAssist in the preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation and calculations to ensure compliance with local regulationsAnalyze and interpret international tax treaties, laws, and regulations to assess the impact on the company's tax positions and operationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and external tax advisors, to support tax planning initiatives and transactionsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including tax authorities and auditors, to facilitate effective communication and collaborationYour profile of qualification:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in international tax accounting and compliance, with good understanding of international tax laws, regulations, and accounting principlesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy, with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reportingEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing tax compliance issuesFluent in English, German or other language is beneficialCYBEX operates globally and has employees from over 29 nations.
