You Will Have Access ToCareer development with an international company where you can grow the career you dream of.A company named one of the most admired companies in the world by Fortune.A company that is recognized as one of the best big companies to work for as well as a best place to work for diversity, working mothers, female executives, and scientists.Position: Junior Technical Service Specialist - MELILLAPrimary Objective of PositionThe Technical Service Specialist is responsible for performing planned maintenance activities, hardware and software upgrades (TSBs) and for back up first line level one service and assisting with installations and deinstallations.Major AccountabilitiesProvide first line service to Abbott Ambassadors (service interventions requiring less than 4 hours labor time)Schedule and perform planned maintenance (PM) activitiesAssist with instrument installations and deinstallationsSuccess in this role is measured by customer satisfaction score (NPS), service key performance indicators achievement and economic growth and profitability per district.EducationBachelors degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelors / Engineering degree in medical / electrical / mechanical or medical technology is preferred.BackgroundProven track record in a similar position supported by management and customer references.
