Como parte de nuestro crecimiento a nivel global y en España, estamos buscando un/a Talent Acquisition Specialist (#LI-LP1) para incorporarse al equipo de Human Capital Management de España.
Tus responsabilidades clave Colaborar estrechamente como advisor con los managers de las áreas de negocio, para entender sus necesidades y poner en marcha estrategias efectivas para atraer y seleccionar talento. Identificar y contactar proactivamente a candidatos potenciales a través de búsquedas directas. Realizar entrevistas con los candidatos asegurando la calidad en la evaluación de su perfil, curricular y competencial. Facilitar la experiencia del candidato acompañándole durante todo el proceso de selección, y compartiendo la visión, estrategia de negocio y cultura de Prodware. Impulsar la marca de empleador de Prodware participando en eventos y en ferias de empleo. Reforzar nuestra estrategia de atracción de talento gestionando relaciones sólidas con universidades, instituciones educativas y centros tecnológicos. Gestionar los procesos de selección de forma integral en el ATS, desde la publicación de las vacantes hasta la incorporación del candidato. Qué buscamos Experiencia de 3 a 5 años como Talent Acquisition Specialist, en el sector TI y consultoría. Se valorará la experiencia en la selección de perfiles de tecnologías Microsoft. Mentalidad de advisor con los managers de las áreas de negocio. Orientación a resultados para conseguir los objetivos marcados en calidad y tiempo. Iniciativa para anticiparse a las necesidades del negocio y de los candidatos. Habilidades de comunicación de impacto con los candidatos. Idiomas: Inglés, mínimo B2 o equivalente. Qué te ofrecemos ??
