FUNCIONES- Informar a los huéspedes acerca de los distintos servicios e instalaciones con las que cuenta el hotel, al igual que los horarios de los restaurantes y bares, servicios incluidos en el paquete de vacaciones reservado y los no incluidos.- Reservar con anticipación, a solicitud del cliente, los restaurantes a la carta y explicarles las comidas que ofrecen y los protocolos de cada uno.- Recomendar excursiones, actividades, servicios, eventos y atractivos de la ciudad y la región a los clientes hospedados en el hotel.- Localizar las áreas debidamente identificas con mapas físicos y virtuales (Google Maps, Waze, Apple Maps, OpenStreetMap ) o señales definidas.- Dar promociones del hotel y atractivos turísticos a cada cliente.- Conocer los distintos traslados seguros y regulados que el huésped puede tomar; transfer, taxi, transporte público, entre otros.- Reportar a dirección de alojamiento los incidentes diarios y comentarios relevantes para mejorar el servicio en el futuro.- Si el cliente reserva su traslado desde el aeropuerto con el hotel, asegurarse que la transportación esté lista 24 horas antes de su llegada.- Resolver los problemas y manejar las quejas de cada huésped.- Brindar soporte técnico a los demás departamentos, en caso de ser necesario.- Lograr las satisfacción de cada cliente hospedado en el hotel.- Mostrar un alto nível de profesionalismo, entusiasmo y conocimiento al desempeñar sus funciones.- Contestar los correos electrónicos y reviews (reseñas) de los huéspedes.**Requisitos**:- Vocación por el cliente.- Alemán nível alto- Inglés nível alto- Persona resolutiva, simpática.- Para extracomunitarios permiso de trabajo en vigorTipo de puesto: Jornada completaSalario: A partir de 1.875,28€ al mesTipos de compensaciones complementarias:- 14 pagasExperiência:- atención al cliente: 2 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Alemán (Obligatorio)Ubicación del trabajo: Empleo presencial
