At XTA we are looking for a proactive, responsible, committed person aligned with the company's values who can support the Human Resources department.The tasks you are going to perform are:– Personnel selection: definition of jobs, search and preselection.– Coordination of EHS activities and business activities.– Execute training plans, both collective and individual.– Development of the company's equality plan.– Support for the development of internal policies and procedures related to the field of human resources.– Support in Onboarding and Offboarding processes.– Preparation of reports and KPI's.– Other administrative procedures.We are looking for a dynamic person who supports both HR administrative tasks and recruiting and growing the company's human team.What we offer you:– Indefinite contract.– Full time, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with an hour for lunch.– Immediate incorporation.– Joining an expanding company with a very cohesive team and a great work environment.– Private medical insurance provided by the company, starting from one year in the company.If what we have told you fits you and you have experience in the tasks described, contact us.Department Human ResourcesFull time-Degree in labor relations or similar.– Experience in the telecommunications sector will be valued.– Languages: Catalan and Spanish at native level.
