¿Cuáles serán sus funciones?Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leaders and managers at regional area level, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with overall business objectives.Partner with the different regional managers to understand their needs and develop HR programmes and initiatives that support business goals and objectives.Conduct regular HR audits and assessments to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, and make recommendations for improvement as needed.Collaborate with the various HRBPs in HR to share best practices and coordinate global HR initiatives.Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures and programmes.Keep abreast of best practices and emerging trends in HR and make recommendations for continuous improvement.Collaborate with HQ HR functional teams (compensation and benefits, labour relations, payroll, recruiting, etc.) to ensure the delivery of integrated HR services to the business.Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports.¿Qué estamos buscando?Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or Law.A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar HR Business Partner role, with a focus on matrix and global organisations.Previous team management experience.Ability to think strategically about HR programmes and initiatives.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior management and employees.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Ability to work in a dynamic environment.Orientation and attention to detail.Knowledge of local labour laws and regulations and experience working in a global organisation.Fluency in English and at least one other language.Sus beneficios:Tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar en un entorno de trabajo flexible, colaborativo y responsable, rodeado de los mejores colegas.¿Por qué limitarte a una ubicación cuando puedes desplazarte entre países y trabajar en diferentes áreas de la empresa?Entendemos que un equipo comprometido y experimentado es esencial para el crecimiento.Tendrá acceso a los mejores programas de capacitación del mercado, adaptados a su posición dentro de la empresa.Le invitamos a explorar Barceló Responsible, nuestra marca de Responsabilidad Corporativa.Tipo de contrato:Fijo
