These tools empower individuals and organizations to take control of their personal data, break away from Big Tech's invasive practices, and defeat censorship.We are looking for a marketer with leadership attributes to drive forward Proton VPN. You will manage all things marketing to grow the product's user base and revenues. You'll be responsible for shaping marketing strategy and executing on programs and campaigns, working across the spectrum of the marketing team from brand to paid acquisition, and SEO to social.What you will do: Be the voice of the customer in every conversation, leading user research initiatives to identify the right target segment and understand deeply their needs.Shape the value proposition of the product with a deep understanding of a user's jobs to be done.Act as the connector between product / BU teams and the marketing team, influencing the product roadmap to shape launch cadence.Responsible for developing the marketing strategy and plan for a given product, ensuring alignment with growth goals and product roadmap.Lead marketing teams through execution against these plans.Troubleshoot and solve problems involving multiple teams inside and outside of marketing.Provide marketing reporting back to the leadership team.What we need from you: Experience in a product marketing role in B2C, SaaS startups preferably in online privacy, consumer tech and/or productivity contexts.Strong empathy for the customer and user-centric mindset.Proven track record in marketing successful product launches in fast-paced environments.Ability to be hands-on and thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong project management skills.Generalist understanding of the spectrum of marketing fields with the ability to work with and direct teams.Even if you don't meet all the requirements listed above, but feel you could still be a great fit, please still apply.Why Proton At Proton, we are all owners of the company and you get stock options when you join us.
