Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be based in Madrid. The primary objectives of the position are to analyze, refine, design, plan and execute the digital campaign strategies, tactics, action plans and timelines based on project scope, schedule and budget. The successful candidate will take part in the overall web, online and campaign management processes and will work in close collaboration with headquarters digital marketing department, external and internal IT teams.
Responsibilities:Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendarExecute digital content marketing activities and processes for all online channels and digital projects, including websites, newsletters, blog, affiliate program, email marketing, SEM/SEO and social mediaManage the company's social media profiles and presenceResearch, write and edit social media communications and postsWriting various types of articles on a wide range of topics for our blogOptimizing content for search engines and lead generationDesign, build, test, execute, and manage various email lists and campaigns, including the design templates, calls-to-action, and content used in your email sendsManage audience segmentation within the Marketing Automation PlatformParticipate in forming effective paid search strategiesLaunch and optimize various PPC campaignsOversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google, Facebook)Be involved in keyword selection and audience targetingMonitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROITrack KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issuesProduce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)Write attractive and concise copy for advertsSuggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channelsMaintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendorsKeep abreast of PPC and SEM trendsIn conjunction with the Senior PPC Executive, you will be responsible for implementing the overall paid search strategyAnalyse trends and make data-driven decisions across the accounts, including: Setting and changing target CPA and target ROAS bid strategies.Running competitor analysis to inform bidding strategies e.g. impression share & top of page insightsUpdate weekly PPC performance reports and contribute to monthly review meetings, to clearly attribute the value of our search marketing effortsAssist headquarters marketing department with other tasks as neededDesired skills and experience:Minimum of 2 years' experience in a digital marketing roleExperience working in Google Ads and Facebook AdsBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Communications or AdvertisingExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and EnglishStrong copywriting, editing and proof-reading skillsKnowledge of affiliate marketing best practicesStrong analytics and Excel skillsDesire to learn new things within an ever-changing and innovative environmentTeam player with a proactive attitude and burning desire to succeedWe offer you:Industry competitive salaryFriendly work International environmentAn opportunity to thrive in a fast-growing company and gain business knowledge in a dynamic industry with great international projectsWorking with a fantastic team of professionals and individuals who believe in integrity, teamwork and open communicationRegular internal and external training opportunitiesGreat career development opportunities in a growing companyPossibility for relocation and international transfers mid-careerChallenged by this career opportunity?
