In the past nine years, AQUAZZURA has become available in over 58 countries within the top retailers of the world with boutiques in Florence, London, New York, Miami, Doha, Dubai, Milan, São Paulo, CapriThe Senior Sales Associate is responsible for providing personalized client experience, building strong client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales objectives.Client and Business orientedRepresent Aquazzura as an Ambassador of the brand;Play an active role on the sales floor;Build up a loyal Clientele;Product knowledge and sensitivity to competitors' trading activities.Constantly improve quality of the services, meet and exceed customer expectations.OperationsWork within established guidelines, procedures, policies and standards of the Company;Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer data base, etc.);Attach price tags to merchandise on the shop floor;Support the organization of back of house, stock rooms, maintenance rooms, alterations, shipping, etc. in accordance with the Company's standards.Be involved in the Stock maintenance and Inventory;Report discrepancies and problems to the Supervisor;Requisiti:Dynamic, friendly and engaging personality;Confident, multitasking, flexible;Able to work as part of a sales team;Action and Sales oriented;Passion for shoe BrandsExcellent customer and service attitude;Strong communication and teamwork skillsMinimum 3 years sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts;Fluent in Spanish and English, foreign languages are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
