Nilfisk is seeking a proactive and dedicated Inside Sales Specialist to enhance our sales team's effectiveness by managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities.
This role is critical for optimizing the customer experience and driving sales growth through strategic account engagement.Responsibilities :Sell Nilfisk products and services to customers primarily in an office setting.Enhance customer experience by streamlining workflows from acquisition to post-sale support.Engage with a pre-defined list of strategic accounts to maximize sales potential.Main Activities :Lead Generation :Conduct cold calls to prospective customers to generate leads and arrange visits for Area Managers.Reach out to potential dealers to establish new distributorships and reconnect with inactive dealers.Identify decision-makers within target customers and understand their cleaning needs (in-house vs. outsourced).Utilize LinkedIn and external databases to discover and connect with new prospects.Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of current and potential customers, ensuring consistent updates.Customer Communication :Make outbound calls to engage potential customers and follow up on leads.Develop and send marketing campaigns and promotions to clients and distributors, managing follow-ups through Salesforce (SFDC).Stay informed about product and service offerings to provide relevant updates to both existing and prospective customers.Manage relationships with small dealers, focusing on those with lower sales potential.Collaborate with team members to devise strategic sales approaches tailored to different accounts.Generate and deliver qualified sales opportunities to other team members.Provide support for marketing initiatives, including participation in trade shows and events.Identify opportunities to upsell to existing customers, enhancing their overall experience and increasing sales volume.Reach out to customers who have equipment older than ten years to propose machinery renovations.Contact customers with machines in operation for over a year to discuss maintenance contract options.Offer applicable maintenance contracts to customers with ATEX equipment, ensuring compliance with regulations.Qualifications :Language Skills :Native Spanish speaker with a good command of English.Skills :Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to generate leads and drive sales.Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.Proficient in using CRM software, ideally Salesforce (SFDC), and other sales tools.Why Join Nilfisk?At Nilfisk, we are committed to providing our employees with a dynamic work environment where they can thrive and grow.
