Your role as a Content Moderator will be essential in maintaining the platform's ethical standards and ensuring a safe digital environment.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Moderation: Review, filter, and manage app content in Norwegian.Content Removal: Identify and block inappropriate content, including:Criminal activitiesHate speech and cyberbullyingTerrorism-related contentViolent acts (e.g., torture, violence against animals)Information Analysis: Analyze, order, and prioritize flagged content.Ethical Compliance: Ensure all content aligns with legal and ethical guidelines.Working HoursSchedule:40 hours/week (8-hour shifts plus a 1-hour lunch break).Rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday.Operational hours: 24/7 (midnight to midnight).Ideal Candidate ProfileNative-level fluency in Norwegian.Strong understanding of online content standards and digital ethics.Ability to manage sensitive and potentially disturbing content professionally.Flexible and adaptable to shift work.Perks:Experience living in vibrant Lisbon.Competitive salary with the option for fully covered housing.Are you ready to play a vital role in shaping a safe and creative online community?
