.El retoEn Lakmé estamos buscando a un/a Health, Safety & Environment Specialist que se encargará de coordinar todas las actividades relacionadas al desarrollo sostenible y a la seguridad industrial en la organización, asegurando la implementación de los cambios necesarios, el cumplimiento de la legislación vigente y la supervisión del presupuesto asignado. Reportando a la Dirección Técnica, te ocuparás de:PRL Y SEGURIDAD INDUSTRIALAnalizar las actividades industriales, de la mano del Maintenance Manager, para velar por la seguridad en la planta de producción.Coordinar y colaborar con el consejero de seguridad, siendo su principal contacto dentro de Lakmé.Coordinar con el servicio de prevención ajeno todas las actividades derivadas de las evaluaciones de riesgos y del mantenimiento del plan de prevención.Coordinar con vigilancia de la salud los reconocimientos médicos anuales.Realizar las investigaciones de accidentes de trabajo, y el seguimiento de las respectivas medidas preventivas y correctoras.Supervisar la correcta asignación y compra de EPIs para toda la plantilla, así como la revisión de botiquines.Gestionar los accesos externos mediante plataforma CAE.Ser parte y colaborar en el comité de PRL.MEDIO AMBIENTEAnalizar las actividades corporativas por medio de auditorías internas y externas, y evaluaciones ambientales para determinar las medidas de ecogestión correctivas y de mejora necesarias, tanto en el edificio como en la producción.Coordinar todas las actividades relacionadas al control de la contaminación, a la gestión de residuos, al reciclaje y a las energías renovables, liderando la implementación de las medidas de ecogestión aprobadas por dirección.Gestionar la documentación de todo el sistema integral de calidad ambiental, siendo responsable de redactar los informes necesarios.Liderar el comité de sostenibilidad.ESGColaborar en el diseño e implementación de proyectos de sostenibilidad de la mano de diferentes departamentos de la compañía, transmitiéndolos a la plantilla.Controlar los indicadores no financieros, índices y rating sostenibilidad; y elaborar informe RSC anual.La oportunidad:Te ofrecemos:Trabajar en nuestras oficinas centrales en Sant Just Desvern, a contacto con todos los departamentos de la empresa.Proyecto ambicioso, donde puedes construir tu rol y tener un impacto positivo inmediato en el día a día del equipo.Perks: horario flexible de entrada y salida, tarjeta para comida.Salario en base a la experiencia demostrada.Requisitos:Eres la persona que estamos buscando si tienes:Título Universitario en Química, Ingeniería o similares.Titulación de Técnico Intermedio de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.Experiencia de al menos 3 años en un puesto similar.Nivel de inglés intermedio (B2), nivel de español excelente (C1 mínimo).Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación en público.Eres capaz de simplificar la información en pasos claros y concisos
