The Retail Division at MICHAEL KORS is a continuously growing network of more than 30 Outlets, 80 Lifestyle stores, 100 Concessions/Shop in Shops in 21 European Countries. Our EMEA Retail team is passionate, driven, multicultural and has a wonderful international spirit.

You are delivering an elevated customer experience and are an effective communicator, keen to be trained and to inspire the sales team to achieve excellence. What You'll Do:
Deliver an excellent customer experience
Provide staff supervision and guidance, complying with all company policies, procedures and directives from management team
Able to work as a leader, to drive and motivate and develop people
Execute effective day to day business and operations processes

Relevant sales experience
