El puesto de trabajo estará ubicado en Martorelles (Barcelona).
Resumen del puesto de trabajo

Este puesto gestionará proyectos y supervisará y mejorará los procesos de la planta de Barcelona en los que se incluyen el prensado, mecanizado en verde, el sinterizado, hard turning y el rectificado.
Otras responsabilidades del puesto serán:

- Participación en la mejora continua del proceso en la planta
- Estar al tanto del desarrollo de nuevas tecnologías (prensado, torneado en duro, mecanizado en blando)
- Analizar el proceso y liderar los cambios para mejorar la calidad y la productividad
- Formar a los operarios en los nuevos procesos y mejoras desarrolladas
- Comunicar eficazmente los probables riesgos industriales al equipo de producción
- Estandarizar los nuevos procesos y cambios en el área de producción.
- Redactar las especificaciones de las nuevas máquinas e inversiones
- Gestionar proyectos de adquisición de nuevos equipos o inversiones

Tu perfil
- Ingeniero Industrial (especialidad mecánica o de materiales)
- Metódico, analítico y disciplinado.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência en ingeniería de procesos
- Competencia en procesos de prensado, torneado y rectificado.
Experiência demostrada.
- Idiomas: se requiere inglés fluido
- Acostumbrado a trabajar en proyectos por objetivos.
Analítico, disciplinado.
(gestión de proyectos)
- Altos conocimientos de Microsoft Office
- Conocimiento y experiência general en Lean Manufacturing (VSM, resolución de problemas,...)
- Habilidades de comunicación.
