Con una fuerte presencia en mercados globales, están en búsqueda de un Managing Director con experiencia en la industria tecnológica para liderar la estrategia y operaciones de la compañía.
Resumen del Puesto El/la Managing Director será responsable de definir e implementar la visión estratégica de la empresa, asegurando el crecimiento sostenible y la optimización operativa en un entorno tecnológico dinámico.
Este/a profesional tendrá la misión de liderar la compañía hacia nuevas oportunidades de negocio, fortaleciendo la presencia en mercados clave y fomentando una cultura orientada a la innovación.
Responsabilidades Clave Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia corporativa para alcanzar objetivos comerciales, financieros y de crecimiento.
Supervisar todas las operaciones diarias, incluyendo el desarrollo de productos, ventas, marketing y soporte técnico.
Evaluar el rendimiento financiero, liderando iniciativas de mejora continua y optimización de costos.
Fortalecer las relaciones con clientes clave, socios estratégicos y otras partes interesadas del sector.
Liderar, inspirar y gestionar equipos multifuncionales, garantizando una ejecución efectiva de las estrategias.
Analizar tendencias del mercado tecnológico y la competencia, adaptando la estrategia de la empresa en consecuencia.
Implementar políticas y procedimientos que aseguren la eficiencia operativa y el cumplimiento normativo.
Representar a la empresa en eventos de la industria, ferias comerciales y foros internacionales.
Requisitos: Experiencia mínima de 8 años en roles de alta dirección dentro del sector IT o tecnología, con un historial probado de liderazgo.
Título universitario en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Tecnologías de la Información, Administración de Empresas o áreas afines.
Se valorará la formación adicional en MBA o posgrado en dirección empresarial.
Conocimiento profundo de tecnologías emergentes, desarrollo de software, transformación digital y gestión de proyectos tecnológicos.
Habilidades destacadas en liderazgo, comunicación y negociación, con capacidad para tomar decisiones estratégicas en entornos complejos.
Experiencia en la gestión de equipos internacionales y multiculturales, con un enfoque colaborativo y orientado a resultados.
Capacidad para gestionar operaciones financieras y liderar iniciativas de crecimiento empresarial.
Alta capacidad de adaptación y habilidad para fomentar una cultura de innovación y mejora continua.
Dominio del idioma inglés.
