Senior Digital Product Designer (Native Apps) Barcelona We are looking for a Senior Digital Product Designer (Native Apps) to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital and Tech Team.
Position Snapshot Type of Contract: Permanent Type of work: Hybrid Work Language: Fluent Business English The Role As a Senior Digital Products Designer at Nespresso HQ, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences that drive engagement and conversion of our mobile and native apps.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers, to deliver high-quality designs that align with our brand and business goals.
In This Role, You Will: Lead User-Centric and Data-Driven Design.
Visioning.
Lead efforts in crafting a deep understanding of user journeys across various channels.
Brand Champion.
Conduct Comprehensive User Research.
Create Effective Design Solutions.
Collaborate Across Teams.
Enhance Cross-Platform Experience.
Facilitate Usability Testing.
Advocate for Design System.
Stay Informed and Innovate.
What We're Looking For: Minimum 8 years of digital product design experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital design expertise.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.
Expertise in iOS and Android environments.
Familiar with project management and collaboration software platforms.
Understanding of user-centered design principles.
Knowledge of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and accessibility guidelines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in Agile environments.
Strong grasp of UX and UI design principles.
Fluency in English.
Extra Skills That Set You Apart: Familiarity with IOT / Smart Machine applications.
Previous experience in Food & Beverage and Luxury Brand sectors.
Good understanding of mobile and/or native apps coding languages.
