As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What The Day Will Look LikePart of the facultative business, Marlin is our internal brand for our growing proprietary client facility solutions business.The role main responsibilities are:Underwriting of Facultative Business for the Marlin FacilitiesLiaising with Aon Reinsurance broking divisions in the EMEA RegionAnalysing and tracking record of all risks being presented to Marlin Facility, loading into the system, gathering of relevant information.Assisting the EMEA brokers to find the best solution when deploying Marlin's capacity.Develop and maintain a good commercial/technical relationship with the EMEA network.Skills And Experience That Will Lead To SuccessTrack record in technical UnderwritingExcellent problem-solving skills, analytical and numerical skillsProven interpersonal skills, capable of dealing with domestic and international clients, business stakeholders and external bodies.Fluent in Spanish and EnglishHow We Support Our ColleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
