Responsibilities
• Assist in executing short, mid, and long-term marketing plans in alignment with segment and corporate strategies• Support lead generation efforts through outbound activities, email marketing, social media and events• Contribute to community management and building relationships with key industry players• Help identifying, preparing and participating in relevant customer and segment events and communities (flexible working, flexible living, flexible retail, universities & campuses)• Assist in developing and adapting content for the different markets in the way of interviews, white papers, social media content and other marketing materials• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on Real Estate industry trends and identify new business opportunities• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience both online and offline• Monitor leads, opportunities, and tenders in the CRM systems• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and contribute with innovative ideas to drive value and creativity
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field• 4+ years of marketing experience• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools with a passion for the field• Good copywriting and communication skills• Strong problem-solving skills and a commercial mindset• Ability to work collaboratively with various corporate functions and levels• Fluent in Spanish and English• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools/platforms.• Ability to work fully independently
