This project focuses on R&D process optimization and data access automation.???????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????:- Final Client (Pharma Sector)- Location: Barcelona, Spain.- Dedication: Full Time (160hs)- Contract: Freelancer RW or Temp RW- Duration: May 24 to Dec 24 (7 months project)- Remote option: Hybrid mode 3x2Responsibilities:• Analyze Processes: Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in R&D processes.• Gather Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to collect process improvement needs.• Design Solutions: Create innovative solutions for process automation and optimization.• Automate Data Access: Develop strategies for efficient data access and utilization.• Streamline Workflows: Standardize procedures to improve productivity and quality.• Document Processes: Record current and proposed workflows and automation solutions.• Test Solutions: Validate implementations to ensure they meet business needs and standards.• Train Teams: Provide training on new processes and technologies.• Continuous Improvement: Monitor effectiveness and propose further enhancements.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in pharmaceuticals.• Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL or Python.• Experience with process modeling and automation tools.• Strong communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency preferred.If you're interested in driving innovation and efficiency in pharmaceutical R&D, apply now by submitting your resume detailing your relevant experience.Área: Software Development#J-18808-Ljbffr
