With a global team of around 7,500 employees, we develop, produce and distribute in about 100 countries through leading retailers and healthcare providers.Ontex was founded in Belgium in 1979 and is listed on Euronext Brussels.To reinforce our Support team we are looking for a Manager Backoffice (m / w / d).The Back Office Manager provides support to ensure flawless operation of the Global Excellence Center in Mayen coordinating the Backoffice team.What we offer :A job where no two days are the sameworking in a familial team and international environment as well as room for new ideasA permanent employment contracthybrid working solutionsextensive social benefitscompany pension scheme and capital-forming benefits are naturally part of the packageThe task :Administrative and coordination support in all matters relating to GECSupporting GEC team in fulfilling their tasks and goalsOrganization and management of business trips, including visa processesOrganization, support and follow-up of national and international conferences, meetings and eventsBudget management for travel and meetingsCreation of presentations and reportsCooperate closely with the Innovation and technical teams to support in different projectsCooperate closely with the Digital Factory and with the Healthcare team to assist the Product Development Digital Solutions teamResearch for and establish contact with potential business partnersAssist in the organization of machine trials; help out during trials and post-process produced samples (lab requests, storage, logistics)Organize, service and post-process national and international conferences and eventsCreate translations in English and other languagesSupport in administration of the samples archive and the Technical CenterSupport fleet management and ensure pool cars are in correct conditionSupport local HSE, Facility Management and accounting departmentsWhat you bring :Several years of professional experience in international assistance at executive levelSeveral years of professional experience with the organization of major international eventsProfessional experience in direct and indirect employee management and as an HR interface is desiredExperiences with SP-Expert SmartClient is an assetMS Office PackageStrong communication skillsAbility to work under pressure, organizational talent, personal responsibility, reliabilityStrong service orientationSAP knowledge, other lab system or panel test is an assetBe able to work independently, but also be an open minded team playerCreative mindVery good knowledge of both German and English is a must (spoken and written).
