Desde Manpower Professional Recruitment en la división de RRHH, estamos gestionando el proceso de selección para una importante empresa del sector farmacéutico ubicada en el Baix Llobregat, que busca incorporar a un/a Senior HR Business Partner (H/M/X).

Tendrás un papel clave en la propuesta e implementación de programas que potencien la gestión y fidelización del talento, siendo tu misión la de garantizar la alineación entre la estrategia del negocio y la gestión de personas, convirtiéndote en un/a asesor/a clave para las diferentes áreas de la compañía en un entorno internacional y altamente dinámico.

Funciones:

Actuar como socio/a estratégico/a para las áreas asignadas, aportando soluciones en materia de gestión de personas alineadas con los objetivos del negocio.

Supervisar y participar en los procesos de selección y desarrollo de talento a nivel local e internacional, identificando perfiles clave y fomentando el crecimiento interno.

Analizar y detectar necesidades formativas, diseñando e implementando planes que contribuyan al desarrollo profesional y organizacional.

Implementar iniciativas de gestión del cambio y cultura organizacional para asegurar la adaptación y alineación con los objetivos estratégicos.

Gestionar proyectos de evaluación del desempeño, gestión por competencias y sucesión de liderazgo.

Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas de recursos humanos y normativa laboral, sirviendo como enlace con el área legal cuando sea necesario.

Generar reportes, indicadores clave (KPIs) y análisis para medir el impacto de las acciones implementadas.

Requisitos:

Experiencia mínima de 5 años en selección, formación y desarrollo del talento, preferiblemente en el sector farmacéutico o industrial, con un enfoque internacional.

Conocimientos avanzados en gestión por competencias y planes de formación.

Licenciatura en Psicología, Relaciones Laborales o similar.

Valorable Máster o Postgrado en Recursos Humanos.

Nivel avanzado de Microsoft Office y herramientas de Recursos Humanos.

Nivel alto de inglés; otros idiomas serán valorados positivamente.

Residencia en la zona del Baix Llobregat o disponibilidad para desplazarse a esta área.
