We are proud members of the Take-Two & Zynga family, and we are on a mission to offer a great gaming experience and bring fun to everyoneSocialpoint is currently looking forward to welcoming an experienced Product Manager for one of our Live Games.Join the challengeWhat will you do at Socialpoint?Responsible for the full product/game lifecycle, from writing specifications, working across multi-disciplinary teams: design, art, and engineering to launch core features within our existing and new gamesExhibit sound product discernment, ability to formulate product strategy and present clear measurable objectives that will lead to achieving our business goals.Expected to provide valuable input into business cases based on in-depth data analysis and demonstrate how that analysis impacts key product metrics.Run prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, technical constraints and business drivers.Expected to develop a deep understanding of our users: their problems, their needs, their desiresGrow and mentor product managersAlong with your team, you will be free to innovate, take risks, try, fail, try again, learn & grow. You will have ownership over your own process & you will inspire & be surrounded by inspiring professionals.What are we looking for?3+ years of experience in product management in consumer/mobile or game development is preferred but not requiredFocus on outcomes with shown experience making product teams successfulAbility to communicate across diverse cultures, languages, work styles, and personalitiesAbility to create wire-frames, product specifications and white papersStrong project management skills and ability to present work to executive staffWillingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to help your team winExtraordinary data analysis skillsExperience with multivariate testing and experimentationStrong passion for games and creating fun, compelling and addictive user experiencesOutstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical abilities, and attention to detailYou be a self-starter, a teammate and drivenPrevious start-up, social networking and/or consulting experience is a strong plus.What's in it for you as a Socialpointer?Due to the COVID-19 crisis, we have employed a hybrid working from home/office system.
