As a Junior Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be an important part of our Spanish subsidiary and help shape the beauty world of tomorrow.
You are a driving force and work in this role across all product categories.
Responsibilities Coordinate and collaborate with influencers and TikTok creators to build long-term partnerships and strengthen our brands.
Manage influencer collaborations from initial contact and engagement through negotiation and implementation to KPI tracking and reporting.
Design, set up, and implement new, innovative influencer marketing campaigns to increase growth and sales of our brands.
Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies on social media platforms to enhance visibility and success.
Research, identify, and recruit new influencers and brand ambassadors, especially on TikTok.
Manage and maintain existing relationships while building a strong network with long-term partnerships.
Monitor and analyze all campaign performance in terms of reach, engagement, and ROI, and implement findings into recommendations.
Keep abreast of developments in social media and influencer marketing, researching current trends and adapting strategies.
Organize and manage events.
What you bring Relevant professional experience in the Spanish market within digital, dynamic, and creative environments (influencer marketing, social media, PR, marketing, or event management).
Strong interest and understanding of the industry, with in-depth knowledge of influencer marketing and social media developments.
Track record in developing and managing influencer marketing campaigns with high levels of activation.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to maintain professional relationships.
Collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to implement innovative ideas.
Strong prioritization, independent working style, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Successfully completed a degree in Marketing, Publicity, Business Administration, Communication, or comparable studies.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish; Italian is valued but not exclusive.
