.Sr. Technical Program Manager, Community Feedback DESCRIPTIONIn this role, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of Community Feedback initiatives including new customer-facing features, while driving operational excellence and software development efficiency through scalable mechanisms. You will drive stakeholder alignment on investments and business requirements related to this work.The successful candidate is one who loves working directly with Software Developers, Applied Scientists, and Principal Technologists to understand their needs, drive technical decisions and solutions that enable Engineering and Science teams to operate more efficiently and securely. You will be a positive influencer across diverse teams, effectively rallying support for your initiatives, and helping Engineering and Science teams create simple solutions to meet your program goals. You are able to handle business escalations with a data-driven approach to build trust with engineers and Senior Leaders within the Org.Key job responsibilitiesCoordinate with multiple engineering, product management, and data science teams focused on delivering ambitious customer experiences across Amazon WW.Provide direction to engineering teams, even beyond your own team.Contribute to and execute short and long-term roadmaps for the business.Lead ambiguous and undefined problems to resolution in the face of uncertainty.Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels of management, building trust across the organization, and demonstrating discretion with sensitive information.Show ownership and leadership skills in coordinating projects across multiple teams, driving them to successful conclusions while building strong, lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrate the ability to break abstract goals into attainable, measurable work items.Be comfortable with hands-on day-to-day problem solving, implementing quick and effective action plans to meet priorities.About the teamThe Community Feedback team owns experiences and systems that enable shoppers to seek out customer-generated content from other customers throughout the shopping journey (Customer Reviews and Q&A, and Moderation of customer-generated content)
