Dieses Projekt ist ein Support-Projekt für einen der weltweit beliebtesten Video-Streaming-Dienste.
Du wirst Teil eines multikulturellen Teams sein, welches in Lissabon ansässig ist und herausragenden Multichannel-Support für die Benutzer der Plattform bietet.
Du wirst Kundenanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und Chat bearbeiten, um Kundenprobleme zu identifizieren, die Fehlersuche durchzuführen und zur Lösung zu gelangen.
