En HARTMANN tu contribución también marcará la diferencia.Únete a nuestro equipo comoComo LEAN Manager, dentro del departamento de operaciones de nuestra planta de apósitos de Mataró y reportando al Plant Manager, tendrás la oportunidad de preparar e implementar el desarrollo de capacidades tanto técnicas como de sistemas en todo el equipo de operaciones.Nuestra metodología para ampliar constantemente nuestras capacidades se basa tanto en el análisis del proceso, como en las diferentes categorías técnicas y sistemas de trabajo.El desarrollo de capacidades deberá plasmarse en una mejora de los resultados de los diferentes indicadores clave de operaciones en cuanto a seguridad, calidad, motivación, delivery, producción y coste.Te encargarás de la definición, despliegue e implementación del plan de mejora de capacidades, integrando recursos de diferentes departamentos tanto para formar como para desarrollar, enfocado en: Conocimiento de procesos productivosCapacidades técnicasConocimiento de sistemas de trabajo (LEAN)Revisión, creación y plan de desarrollo para lograr objetivosDirigirás los ciclos PDCA en los departamentos de la planta para impulsar la mejora continua con el fin de alcanzar los objetivos de crecimiento y responsabilizar a las personas.Diseñar la organización de fabricación para satisfacer las necesidades empresariales. Disrupt statu quo.Promoverás y te responsabilizarás en toda la organización de generar una cultura RTT (run-to-target) y mentalidad de tolerancia cero a las pérdidas.Impulsarás la excelencia operativa mediante el desarrollo de equipos HPO y TPM.Realizarás Healthchecks para calibrar la salud de los sistemas.Deberás posicionar la Planta dentro de la Comunidad Hartmann Lean global como centro de competencia.Asumirás el desarrollo de los sistemas y estrategias de High Performance Organization: Total Equipment OwnershipFormación en análisis y eliminación de pérdidas mediante las diferentes herramientas de mantenimiento autónomo, reducción de paros no planificados, cambios de formato, etc.Desarrollo de equipo a través del Team Effectiveness ModelDefinirás e implementarás estrategias. Dirigirás el proceso Hoshin Kanri junto con el Director de Planta para definir las necesidades estratégicas de la planta.Tendrás la responsabilidad de conectar con los diferentes equipos LEAN de las plantas del Grupo con el fin de buscar sinergias para potenciar las capacidades y los resultados productivos locales y globales.Formación en ingeniería superior.Experiencia en gestión de equipos.Experiencia en gestión de proyectos en entornos industriales.Experiencia en desarrollo de proceso y liderazgo técnico de proyectos
