We are looking for a NPPE Omnichannel Strategic Design Manager to be part of our Holistic Content and Design Team.
Position Snapshot Location: Barcelona Type of Contract: Permanent Stream: Marketing & Consumer Communication Type of work: Hybrid Work Language: Fluent Business English The Role The NPPE Omnichannel Strategic Design Manager will drive brand design strategy and design thinking for Purina Europe.
Responsibilities: Lead strategic design initiatives and design thinking within the organization.
Define the best partners/service setup and ensure effective design agency relationships.
Provide functional expert support and design project leadership to affect design objectives and strategy, quality, efficiency, and market competitiveness.
Partner with the brand team to create design strategies and translate them into effective design briefs.
Direct design projects from conception through design intent frozen, working with external or internal design resources and internal functions.
Support design strategy for: Packaging/Display Unit Design, Visual brand identities, Conceptual Design & Research Stimuli, POS/Merchandising Displays/PDMs, Print, Collateral/Coupons, Digital Assets.
Support Marketing and Business managers in applying Nestlé Ways of Working to visual communications.
Establish and maintain strong productive and collaborative partnerships with strategic design agencies.
