Wetrust helps amazing ecommerce to develop successful online business through:Best-in-class full set of solutions for e-store including design, marketing, web development and Magento optimised hosting solution, customer service, supply chain etc.International team of native experts for the French / English / Spanish / Italian / German / Russian markets.Control of acquisition costs and live reporting solution.Product-first technical solution focusing on mobile traffic using the PWA approach (progressive Web App).Expertise of more than 15 years with Magento with a proven track record of successful achievement.Wetrust has proven itself with the most trending brands like Rouje, Antik Batik, Sweet Pants, Defend Paris.You Will:Help Define the Campaigns Strategy Planning:You'll make sure that the client communications and media campaigns are generated in a timely fashion across all different media channels.Develop recommendations for optimal budget allocation across various tactics to maximize revenue while minimizing acquisition cost.Be part of a multidisciplinary team:15 people in charge of content, media buying, copywriting, data analysis, design, web development across different markets, reporting to the Marketing Director.Boost the marketing efficiency:Ensure the healthiness of the marketing cost of sales by continuously evaluating the client's online sales and spend allocation against turnover and KPIs.Ensure the media operation:This is a hands-on role where you need to know how to implement the digital campaigns to drive growth specifically via ecommerce acquisition marketing programs, including: Paid Search, Affiliate Marketing, Display, Social Advertising, Newsletters.Come up with innovative ideas:Maintain strong knowledge of eCommerce, and implement solutions that achieve sales goals.Help testing strategy across marketing tactics and consumer's path on site.Communication with other departments:Development, UX, design, to impulse and give the ecommerce rhythm and help prioritize the company effort.You'll bring:Strong Ecommerce Marketing interest.Experience in or with ecommerce or retail digital media advertising implementation with deep knowledge of SEA (Search Engine Advertising) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Facebook, Affiliate.Knowledge of online campaign management.Knowledge of campaign tracking and reporting.GTM and Data Studio.Proficiency with Google suite (Gsheets, Gdocs...).Well organized with excellent attention to detail and quality.Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.All around experience and understanding of Ecommerce systems and processes.Preferably experience working with technical and business teams for requirements gathering.Preferably experienced in multicultural and international environment managing initiatives in multiple countries.Experience in Fashion or Outdoor industry would be a plus.You'll have:Strong planning, scheduling and problem solving skills.Good judgement and decision making skills.Self motivation, flexibility, and ability to handle large volumes of work independently.Ability to communicate with a wide range of internal and external parties, either with business or technical background.Strong analytical skills.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and duties.Solid interpersonal and communication skills.Good knowledge of tracking strategy and web analytics (GTM, Consumer journey, Site speed, etc).Languages: minimum 3 European languages required fluently with at least 2 among: French, Spanish or English.We Offer:The recipe of the ecommerce secret sauce that makes fashion brand perform better.An international team of experts with more than 15 years in Magento with a proven track record of successful achievement.A product first technical solution focusing on mobile traffic using the most advanced technology.The opportunity to influence the future of our services and platform.Unlimited fruits, vegetables, tea and coffee in the office.Monthly team lunch and other events (escape room, fancy rooftops).Thanks for sending your CV and motivation letter via the button below - subject "#your Name - E-store Manager internship."
