.En Lindt tenemos el objetivo de endulzar la vida a millones de personas, y nuestras tiendas son un lugar donde los verdaderos amantes del chocolate viven y sienten la experiencia del placer más sensorial para sus cinco sentidos.Actualmente, estamos buscando un/a Assistant Store Manager para nuestra Boutique ubicada en La Roca Village.Nuestros/as Assistants Store Managers se encargan, junto con nuestros/as Store Managers, de gestionar su punto de venta para garantizar el cumplimiento de la cifra de negocio (ventas y rentabilidad) marcada por su Area Manager.ResponsabilidadesGestión de la tienda:Comunicación de los objetivos de venta diaria/mensual/anual al resto del equipo.Monitorizar reuniones diarias (briefing & debriefing) de equipo.Propuestas de planes de acción para alcanzar los objetivos de venta.Elaboración de planes de acción para incrementar tráfico, Ticket Medio y Conversion Rate.Preparación de Store Visit mensual con el Store Manager antes de la visita del Area Manager y seguimiento del plan de acción de cada una.Apoyo al Store Manager en la elaboración de informes semanales y mensuales.Comunicación cuando sea necesario con la central para temas de Retail, marketing, operaciones, RRHH, logística.Planificación del trabajo diario, semanal y mensual.Creación de la gestión del horario del equipo, en base a la estrategia de productividad acordada con Area Manager.Asistencia a reuniones específicas estratégicas junto con el Store Manager o en ausencia del mismo.Responsabilidad de la gestión del Small Chocolate Bar (si lo hubiera).Gestión del equipo:Trasmitir valores de marca y objetivos de venta, así como guiarles en cómo conseguirlos.Apoyar a Store Manager con las contratación, selección y desarrollo del equipo cualificados para la posición de Chocolate Advisor cuando sea necesario.Asegurar que todo su equipo recibe e interioriza todas las formaciones propuestas por la empresa como por ejemplo el Service Champion.Realizar reuniones diarias de equipo (briefings y debriefings) y asegurar que la comunicación esté actualizada (hello panel; libreta de comunicación).Preparación y seguimiento de Appraisal junto con el Store Manager con el objetivo de apoyar el crecimiento profesional del equipo de la tienda.Asegurar el cumplimiento de procedimientos y procesos marcados por la marca.Gestión de la venta:Asegurar que el equipo cumpla con los niveles de satisfacción al cliente siguiendo las líneas organizacionales; y resolver cualquier incidencia relativa al consumidor final.Apoyar estrategia marcada por el Store Manager, relativa a la fidelización de clientes.Reportar tendencias y necesidades de clientes, de equipo y de tienda a su Area Manager.Liderar con ejemplo.Además de las funciones propias de un Chocolate Advisor.Experiencia profesional y herramientasDe 1 a 3 años como Assistant Store Manager.Experiencia en venta de productos premium.Experiencia en coordinación y desarrollo de equipos.Nivel avanzado - nativo de catalán y castellano
