Trial Technician

Team Lead External Trials / (Senior) Product Specialist / (Senior)Breeder/ Station ManagerPurpose:Crop care at external trial location and collection of trial data of breedingand/or screening trials.Geographical Scope:1 countryOperational Level:OperationalKey Accountabilities:1. Sowing, young plant raising and planting of external trials.2. Care and treatment of crops at the external trial location.3. Harvesting of seeds and fruits.4.Collection and administration of trial data on a limited number of pre-defined plant or fruit traits, and timely reporting thereof.5. Responsible for following the relevant protocols of the 3rd partiesin order to guarantee local quality and phytosanitary compliance of thetrials.6. May be responsible for the planning of assigned trials in the differentlocations.Main Contacts - Internal:* Breeding teams - Obtain seeds for external trials.
