We maintain a friendly startup feeling with structures and processes in place to continue growing.This successful track record, culture, and setup make us proud and confident to take on any challenge, whether it is maintaining our position among the top players in our industry or venturing into new segments and territories for further growth opportunities.Your Role:As Outreach Manager with Visca Web, your main objective will be to build strong brand awareness and web traffic for our websites in various markets.Your primary responsibilities will be to:Identify new leads, pitch, and negotiate win-win partnerships.Establish and maintain fruitful relationships with media & direct partners (media sites, bloggers, journalists, and any potential contacts).Regularly analyze, measure, and report on the performance of marketing activities based on a set of pre-defined KPIs.Work closely with other outreach managers in our team to manage agencies and other partners.Minimum Requirements:3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or partnerships.Strong knowledge of Digital PR and Partnership deals.Strong sales skills.Ability to work independently, well-organized, able to multitask, structured, and collaborate openly and proactively with team members.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Fluent in English and Spanish.(Bonus) Great contacts in the US-Canada and experience in a sports-related company.BENEFITS:Competitive salary package and annual bonus plan.Great environment: Cool and bright office in the 22@ district of Poblenou, bike storage, rest room, and Playstation room.Annual holiday: 23 days per year plus all bank holidays from Spain, Catalunya, and Barcelona.Flexibility: Flexible working hours and hybrid office/remote work.Self-development and growth: Personal training/conference budget (1000€ annually).Health, fitness, and well-being: Private health insurance plan, Andjoy (fitness) membership, and on-site massages every month.Social: Summer & Christmas offsite gatherings and more surprises throughout the year.This position is a full-time role based in our Barcelona office.
