The role:
The Payment Network Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of payment network systems and solutions. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering seamless payment solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, deep knowledge of payment systems, and excellent communication abilities
What You'll Do:

Lead the implementation of payment network projects from inception to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and budget.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, operations, compliance, and customer service, to ensure smooth implementation.
Act as the primary point of contact for partners during the implementation process, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
Coordinate with external partners and vendors to integrate payment network solutions.
Oversee the technical integration of payment systems, ensuring compatibility and performance.
Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation.
Ensure all systems meet security standards and comply with industry regulations.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of project plans, progress reports, and implementation processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in the implementation of payment systems.
Gather feedback from partners and internal teams to enhance future implementations.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the payment industry to recommend innovative solutions

Experience We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in payment systems or financial services.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex implementation projects.
Strong project management skills with proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
Excellent understanding of payment networks, systems, and industry regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Technical proficiency in payment processing systems and related technologies
Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish
