Consultant/Architect Core Banking : Madrid - Publicada el 14 de marzo de 2024 Descripción En Grupo NS estamos incorporando un Arquitecto de integración de Sistemas especializado en Core Banking, para proyecto híbrido (50% remoto) en Madrid.
Necesitamos un Arquitecto de Sistemas de Plataformas Core Bancarias para que sea el responsable de liderar los aspectos técnicos y de arquitectura del sistema Core bancario.
Este rol implica participar activamente en la definición y validación de requisitos técnicos y de integración, así como en el análisis y selección de soluciones técnicas ofrecidas por diferentes proveedores.
Su misión es asegurar que el sistema Core bancario se integre y funcione de manera eficiente, cumpliendo con las expectativas del cliente y los requisitos regulatorios.
Tareas y responsabilidades: Definir y validar los requisitos técnicos y de integración, asegurando que cumplan con las necesidades del cliente y los estándares regulatorios y de compliance.
Diseñar y liderar la arquitectura técnica y las estrategias de integración del Core Banking, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con el consultor funcional y los equipos de negocio y TI del cliente.
Proponer y diseñar diferentes arquitecturas de sistemas, considerando las posibilidades que ofrecen los distintos proveedores de core bancario.
Desarrollar el modelo de arquitectura de sistemas TO BE, incluyendo las integraciones necesarias con otros sistemas y plataformas.
Evaluar y seleccionar las soluciones de los fabricantes, garantizando que satisfagan los requisitos y objetivos del banco.
Realizar un análisis detallado de los módulos de las plataformas de los proveedores y su compatibilidad con los requisitos establecidos.
Documentar de manera efectiva todas las fases del diseño de arquitectura e integración y las decisiones de integración.
Asesorar y guiar al cliente en la selección de la plataforma bancaria más adecuada y en la planificación de la implementación.
Poseer conocimientos avanzados de integración, incluyendo metodologías y herramientas de integración.
Requisitos mínimos Imprescindibles: Formación Universitaria en disciplinas STEM (ciencia, tecnología, ingeniería y matemáticas).
Dominio del Inglés y Español, con habilidades de comunicación avanzadas (Nivel B2 o superior).
Conocimientos en marcos de arquitectura empresarial como EA framework, TOGAF y similares.
Ampio conocimiento de los módulos que componen el Core Bancario y experiencia con plataformas líderes en el mercado (Temenos, Avaloq, Mambu, RSI, Flexcube Oracle, Sap for Banking, etc.)
en proyectos de diseño, migración e integración.
Habilidad para llevar a cabo análisis detallados y benchmarking de productos de software de Core Banking.
Conocimientos técnicos transversales, incluyendo implementación de software, bases de datos, cloud, infraestructura, seguridad, redes e integraciones específicas del sector bancario.
Experiencia en proyectos de banca privada y corporativa.
