We're dedicated to enhancing city life and reducing environmental impact, one ride at a time.To continue our growth and enhance our data-driven decisions, we're looking for a talented and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team.Mission As a Data Analyst, you will support and empower Yego's departments with key data that will allow them to make strategic decisions and improve business performance. Reporting to the Head of Data, this role is embedded in the day-to-day business performance and holds the reporting responsibilities for Yego. The Data Analyst will be a key partner for Operations and Marketing departments providing and analysing performance trends, user acquisition, retention rates, rides forecast, operations performance, etc.Responsibilities Business KPIs reportingProduct Analytics, tracking and reporting on the product features and improvementsMaintaining and improving the reporting and visualization outcomesIdentify, analyze and interpret trends and anomalies in the data for different departments, communicate findingsProvide insight, guidance, and recommendations to Operations and Marketing by interpreting and analyzing the business dataDiscovering and exploring datasets and proposing new tracking to improve data sources and decisionsForecasting and setting targets at the department/function level to reach objectives as well as working with the teams to see business cases for uplifts in the KPIs resultsRequirements Bachelor's degree in Data, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fieldsMinimum of 5 years of experience in relevant rolesProficiency in statistical methods and data analysis techniques for quantitative and qualitative dataProficiency in Python and its data science libraries (e.G., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)Expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and algorithm developmentStrong experience with SQL (MySQL or PostgreSQL) and ETL processesExceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholdersPerks Join the ride to revolutionize shared-mobility in styleRub shoulders with a young, passionate crew chasing the same dreamsChill in our modern Poblenou headquartersFree fruit, snacks, coffee and tea at the officePrivate Health Insurance (Cigna)Gym membership discounts (AndJoy)Unlimited use of Yego vehiclesFlexible retribution plan (Cobee)Flexible working hours and remote working conditionsAt YEGO, we believe in making cities more livable through sustainable mobility solutions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
