Job Purpose: As a General Assistant you will help your line managers with daily tasks in order to run the site smoothly. Location: W12 7HB Pay : £11.44/ Hour Working hours: Average 30-40 hours a week, shifts are scheduled on a rota basis, including weekends. Job purpose: Cleaning tables when guests leave Cleaning windows, floors and dining areas Cleaning guest and staff washrooms Provide exceptional customer service at all times To be an ambassador for the Japan Centre Group Brand To assist customers while they are in our sites with any questions or queries they may have To Serve customers through the till To assist customer packing or carrying their shopping within our sites To prepare food for our customers Adhering to Food Safety and Health and Safety standards To advise our customers about our food products To serve food to our customers Refill our shelves with the relevant products Check & rotate date codes to ensure we provide our customers with quality products Complete stocktaking activities on a periodic basis This job requires you to stand throughout your working shifts Manual Handling - lifting, bending, stretching and carrying heavy items Essential Skills: Previous experience in a similar role 2 hour trial shift is required before employment is considered.
