As Test Manager, you will lead the Integration, Verification, Validation and Qualification (IVVQ) activities of the system and will supervise its lower-level elements in accordance with the Project Design Authority and the development team. You will work in a highly innovative environment and will participate in several challenging projects at an international level with a multidisciplinary team (with experts in electronics, radiofrequency, software, firmware, etc.).We are looking for a candidate with: Master of Engineering, preferably in Telecommunications, Electronics or Aeronautical.At least 3 years of experience in testing activities for radiofrequency or electronic systems: component testing, integration and verification, test automation, test equipment, test management, validation and acceptance.Knowledge in active RF and in firmware integration and validation.Proven capacity to ensure success by meeting deadlines and achieving a balanced budget.Ability to anticipate and manage risks and opportunities associated with IVVQ activity.Ability to manage the schedule and cost of Integration and Validation activities.Motivated to learn new technologies and space-business processes.Fluent English.Skills to make the difference: Experience in electronic and software integration and validation.Experience in DSP (digital signal processor).Good skills to manage teams (even without hierarchical responsibility).Valued experience in Agile methodology.French would be a plus.What do we offer?
