Descripción del trabajo:
Estamos buscando un media buyer con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia demostrable en la planificación y ejecución de campañas de medios exitosas en el sector de belleza y cuidado personal, con un fuerte enfoque en el mercado español.
Responsabilidades:
- Desarrollar, ejecutar y gestionar estrategias de compra de medios en varias plataformas, especialmente en Meta Ads.
- Analizar y optimizar campañas de medios para asegurar un rendimiento óptimo a lo largo del embudo de ventas.
- Realizar investigaciones de mercado para identificar audiencias objetivo y oportunidades.
- Negociar con proveedores de medios para asegurar tarifas y ubicaciones óptimas.
- Monitorear, evaluar e informar sobre el rendimiento de las campañas de medios.
- Colaborar con equipos internos para diseñar e implementar planes de medios.
Requisitos:
Buscamos a alguien con experiencia demostrable como media buyer con un historial exitoso en el sector de belleza y cuidado personal. La experiencia en el mercado español es imprescindible. El candidato debe dominar plataformas y herramientas de compra de medios, especialmente Meta Ads, y tener fuertes habilidades analíticas y atención al detalle. También se requieren excelentes habilidades de negociación y comunicación, y la capacidad para trabajar bajo plazos ajustados. Se valorará la experiencia con productos antiaging y de biohacking.
