Estamos buscando un Ingeniero de Datos apasionado y con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo.
Este rol es crucial para el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de soluciones de datos que apoyen las decisiones estratégicas de la organización.
Utilizarás herramientas como MicroStrategy, Power BI, PowerCenter y Python sobre Azure Cloud para integrar, analizar y visualizar datos, asegurando que nuestros procesos de BI sean eficientes, precisos y escalables.
Serás responsable de desarrollar ETLs, optimizar modelos de datos, y garantizar la calidad y seguridad de la información.
Además, colaborarás estrechamente con los equipos de desarrollo y análisis de negocio para traducir las necesidades comerciales en soluciones técnicas efectivas.Responsabilidades Principales:Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener procesos ETL utilizando SQL, PowerCenter y Python.Optimizar y gestionar el Data Warehouse local (SQL Server, Oracle y Synapse).Crear y mejorar dashboards e informes en MicroStrategy y Power BI.Colaborar con los equipos de negocio para traducir requisitos comerciales en soluciones técnicas.Asegurar la consistencia y calidad de los datos en todos los sistemas.Mantenerse actualizado con las últimas tendencias en BI y Big Data, recomendando e implementando nuevas soluciones.Requisitos:Educación: Grado en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación o afines.Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años en roles similares como Ingeniero de Datos o BI, con experiencia en MicroStrategy, Power BI y desarrollo de ETLs.Conocimientos Técnicos: Profundo conocimiento en bases de datos SQL (Oracle y SQL Server).
Habilidades en Transact-SQL, PL/SQL, PowerCenter y Python.Idiomas: Nivel B2 en inglés (o mayor) y español.Habilidades Blandas: Excelentes habilidades analíticas, comunicación efectiva, capacidad para trabajar en equipo y gestionar múltiples proyectos.Modalidad: Híbrida (con presencialidad en la zona de Pozuelo 2 a 3 días a la semana).
