People and Culture Coordinator - Technical & Staff Functions (m / f / d)

YOUR TASKS : Partner with business leaders to understand business objectives and provide strategic HR support.Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.Develop and implement talent development strategies to support business objectives.Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the recruitment and retention of top talent.Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, as well as federal and state employment laws.Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.Collaborate with other HR team members to deliver high-quality HR services to the business.YOUR PROFILE : Bachelor's degree in law, Labor Relations or Business Administration.Leadership skills and high commitment.7+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.Strong knowledge of local employment laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.SHRM certification preferred.Highly motivated and experienced HR professional with a passion for driving business objectives through strategic HR support.YOUR BENEFITS : In addition to the opportunity to make our world a little more sustainable, we offer you :
