The Opportunity Barcelona
Graduate position: 1 year contract
Application criteria: No more than 3 years of experience post-graduation, dedicated to young talent.
In the lifestyle HQ department, we are looking for a Graduate Product Manager for Benetton fragrances. The graduate will assist the teams in the development of the future marketing plans for the brand, focusing on promo development for new projects.
What you'll get to do • Participate in ideating concepts for new launches/animations (moodboards, concept research, names, packaging ideas, design, etc.)
• Lead Promotional calendar and its product development projects.
• Support on Content Creation for commercial periods.
• Support the teams during all steps of innovation development & coordinate the development of all support materials to guarantee successful launch along with internal teams (communication, PR, digital, POS, training materials, activation).
• Creation of Marketing presentations for business meetings.
For the projects which you will be working on:
• Elaborate briefs for service providers, production companies, and external creative teams.
• Follow-up of the shootings from preparation to post-production.
• Coordinate with different internal departments (marketing development, e-business, etc.).
• Guarantee deadlines and project planning.
We'd love to meet you if you have We are looking for a passionate candidate with strong communication skills, both in Spanish and English, a special sensibility and aesthetic taste, mixed with analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (as Intern/Apprentice included).
• Education: University Degree or Master in Business School, specialization in Marketing or design.
• Languages: Spanish & English mandatory.
