Deine Aufgaben Kundenberatung: Du berätst unsere Kunden umfassend bei der Implementierung und Anpassung von Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, um deren Geschäftsprozesse zu optimieren.
Prozessanalyse: Du führst detaillierte Analysen der Geschäftsprozesse durch, identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale und entwickelst innovative Lösungskonzepte.
Lösungsentwicklung: Du erstellst und implementierst maßgeschneiderte Lösungen, die den spezifischen Anforderungen unserer Kunden gerecht werden.
Training und Schulung: Du führst Schulungen und Workshops für Anwender durch, um deren Wissen und Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Dynamics 365 F&O zu erweitern.
Systembetreuung: Du unterstützt unsere Kunden kontinuierlich bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung ihrer Systeme, um deren Effizienz zu steigern.
Dein Profil Erfahrung: Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Beratung von Microsoft 365 Dynamics F&O mit und hast umfangreiche Kenntnisse in der Implementierung und Anpassung von Lösungen.
Deine Erfahrung ermöglicht es dir, komplexe Anforderungen zu verstehen und umzusetzen.
Kenntnisse: Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse der Geschäftsprozesse und Dynamics F&O Module.
Du bist mit den neuesten Entwicklungen vertraut und kannst dein Wissen effektiv einsetzen.
Kommunikationsstärke: Du hast hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
Du bist in der Lage, technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln und Kunden sowie Kollegen zu überzeugen.
Kundenorientierung: Du bist kundenorientiert und teamfähig.
Du verstehst die Bedürfnisse deiner Kunden und arbeitest eng mit ihnen zusammen, um deren Ziele zu erreichen.
Eigeninitiative: Du zeigst hohe Eigeninitiative und Problemlösungskompetenz.
