En DHL Global Forwarding buscamos un Airfreight Perishables Operations Clerk para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de Madrid, reportando al Director de Aéreo y ubicado en nuestras oficinas Barajas.

Funciones: * Contacto con los clientes de perecederos para gestionar los bookings * Gestión de los envíos, * Reservas con las vías aéreas * Emisión de la documentación * Seguimiento con los clientes * Facturación * Gestión de incidencias.
Competencias y habilidades: * Conocimiento del sector * Inglés avanzado * Habilidades de comunicación * Manejo del Excel * Rapidez en la ejecución de las tareas, resistencia al estrés, persona jugadora de equipo, mentalidad comercial y de servicio al cliente.
