We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Product team and help us build the future of recruitment. This is your chance to be part of something big, with incredible growth opportunities as we scale.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND KPIS:Craft and maintain the dashboards for daily and weekly tracking of product-related metrics.Analyze experiments and produce insights on what we should improve in the product.Investigate anomalies that we may find when analyzing customer behavior.Understand our platform thoroughly to help the product development team make use of the insights you produce.You'll share the KPIs of the product development team:RevenueNet Revenue Retention RateNet Opening Retention RateHiresYOUR POTENTIAL CAREER PATH:The experience you earn will enable you to grow into other roles, such as Senior Product Analyst, Analytics Lead, or Product Manager at Torre or outside of Torre.THE TEAM:You'll report directly to me and work closely with the rest of the product development team: our engineering manager, product designers, tech leads, and engineers. You'll also have support from our Head of Analytics and fellow analysts.TOOLS AT YOUR DISPOSAL:Torre's behavioral analytics stack.A robust data warehouse for analytics and business intelligence.The help of the whole product development and analytics team.OUR WORK CULTURE:Most members of our senior team have been entrepreneurs.
