Safety is the top priority, and the operations culture is defined by teamwork, diversity, and a shared work ethic that keeps the business running smoothly.Key Job Responsibilities As an IT support engineer intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, working alongside industry-leading engineers to solve complex technical challenges.
Key aspects of the role include:Delivering the consistently high level of IT support our customers have come to expect.Managing and deploying a diverse array of IT devices and technologies across our various site types.Diving deeply into technical details, diagnosing, and reproducing straightforward issues with Amazon technology products (e.G., services, tools, data solutions, etc.
).Regular contact with the Amazon Operations teams and identifying process improvement or standardization opportunities for the European network.Working on innovative projects that have a direct impact on our customer experience.Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and standardize systems, all with an eye towards enhancing the customer experience.A Day in the Life As an Amazon Operations IT intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the industry's brightest engineers who innovate every day on behalf of our customers.
You will be matched to a local IT supervisor and a mentor, working together with the local IT team to provide technical support to the Operations network.
Your work will contribute to solving some of the most complex technical challenges in the company.About the Team Amazon Operations IT teams keep Amazon's operations running smoothly by resolving complex hardware, software, server, and infrastructure issues.
