Our network includes 2,400 tutors and consultants worldwide who work with over 20,000 students.Our tech platform connects tutors and mentors to high school students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities in the US, Canada, the UK, and beyond.This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Dubai, UAE. You must be in Dubai to apply for this role.What are the main responsibilities for this role?Achieving revenue targetsConducting consultations and customising programs for prospective clientsEstablishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationshipsContinuously improving sales techniques and industry knowledgePitching and ideating new ways to connect with familiesForging partnerships with associated businesses, non-profits, organizations, and moreWorking with the Local Area and Digital Marketing Teams to develop/enhance lead generation methods by identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in leads and salesEngaging in outreach activities such as presenting at school talks, careers expos, and Crimson seminarsResearching potential organizations and markets for lead generation/ partnershipsAttending industry events where relevant and providing feedback and information on market trendsWhat skills and experience are required?Fluency in English, and Arabic (desirable, but not required)Excellent previous sales track recordStrong storytelling skills and experience in public speakingExperience with higher education or a deep understanding of the college application processInterest in working with families and students to connect them to the best programAn interest in changing the world through educationComfort with video chat and speaking over the phoneExperience that would be useful in this role:Understanding of how to use SalesforceUnderstanding of the US/UK Undergrad application processWhy work for Crimson?Flexible working environment, you will be empowered to structure how you workOption to work from our many locations/remotely around the globe (role dependent) with usLimitless development and exposure- our internal promotions/role changes made up 33% of all recruitment last year.NZD$1,000 training budget per year- we love to level upPsychologist on staffImpressive fireside chats and workshops to help the team continuously level upRadical Candour is a feedback approach we live byWe're a global player with 28 markets (and growing) across the globeIf you're passionate about growing in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and want to work with cutting-edge technology then we'd love to hear from youPlease keep an eye on your spam / junk email folder for correspondence from Team Tailor.
